Gentle Readers,
It seems that the Christmas season is upon us here at Joe Pye Towers. Wonders of wonders, there is even snow on the ground there (but not in my back yard .... how can that be?!) So it is important to keep the bird feeders full. And important to start decorating for the holidays. Late this afternoon, as twilight drew near, I took some photos of Michael and Kylie in the back yard.

Kylie has a Forever Friendz head on a Tonner body. I'm sorry - I have lost track of who made her wonderful sweater.
Kylie wants to fill the thistle seed feeder but is enjoying a visit with a goldfinch and doesn't want to disturb him or the cardinals.
And then .... as darkness fell ..... Michael has one more string of lights to put up - be careful on that ladder, Michael. What a great job you are doing!!
