Oh dear. Had I known there had been a bereavement, I would have sent condolences, but no one told me. Poor Patsy has taken a funerary, "loo-goo-brious" turn!!! Maybe Andria or Claudia can write a more supportive blog post about these dolls and outfits? But not me, sorry! R.
CommentsI've been interested in the reaction of my fellow workers with the new Patsy. Enamored would be a good description. I reserved Pretty Party Patsy for myself because I love purple, and like her brown hair. The whole department was talking about my "latest". They all "can't wait to see her".Will I ever feel comfortable making clothes for her? Certainly not with the joy I made clothes for my Ann Estelle group. I was sewing using my own experiences as a child and liked bright, happy colors and Mary Englebreit's wild combinations. Patsy is definitely out of my experience. Maybe that is good, sometimes.
