The kitchen table is ready for the Halloween trick or treat party!
Aydie and Patsy supervised the choice of goodies and, along with Jack, are ready to dig in!
Here's Aydie's watering can outfit, from a couple of years ago, but new to her and she thinks it is great, although a tad difficult to maneuver around the table without hitting something with the spout!
And here is Patsy!! She told me, since I've been so disparaging about her inability to ever look happy, that she wanted to be a funny clown for Halloween. "Smile Clown, smile!!!"
Sir Jack and his trusty hound!!!
Sir Jack abounds in the virtue of patience since he's been waiting a long while for this costume - it was almost finished last year, but not in time for Halloween, so this year the village seamstress made sure she finished it!!!
(Any Scots in the audience?? We are laboring under the impression that Sir Jack's escutheon is a royal Scots rampant lion ... hear us roar!)
Time to think spooky thoughts .... time to listen for things that go bump in the night .... time to gather candy corn by the light of the full moon!!!!!
